2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Extract and draft invoices from uploaded work orders
- Maintain your approval log and audit trail from source document to approval
- Sync data with the accounting, payment, CRM, or field-service tools you connect
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service
- Meet document retention obligations you configure or that apply to your account
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only:
- With the third-party integrations you explicitly connect to your account
- With service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, storage, processing), under confidentiality obligations
- If required by law, subpoena, or legal process
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

We retain invoice records, uploaded documents, and approval logs for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet the document retention policy you've configured, whichever is longer. You can request deletion of your data as described in Section 6.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on stored documents. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
